Drove 45 mins to dine at Brine. Heard the crab cake was on point, and I agree. The cream of crab soup, not so much. Caesar salad was above average. Parking a challenge during a Friday night. Bartender Ronnie was excellent.

First time trying Brine after hearing rave reviews from many, and now we know why! This Maryland girl was very pleased with the lump blue crab on the Bay Salad, plus the delicious shrimp, bay vinaigrette and other goodies. Fiancé got the crab cake sandwich and it was a winner too! Cornbread Old Fashion was a great cocktail choice. Madison provided great, knowledgeable, prompt and attentive service. With today's beautiful weather we dined al fresco and loved the planters around the patio to enhance the ambiance. Great visit and excited to go back again!

Great restaurant, though quite pricey. I would go again but probably on a special occasion only.

The staff's warm, welcoming energy and impeccable service set the stage for an unforgettable evening, made even more special as I dined with a dear friend who's leaving SRQ for a year. We started with the Caesar Salad and steak tartare, both crafted to perfection with flavors that left us savoring every bite. For the main course, we indulged in the short rib pappardelle--a rich and hearty dish that felt like pure comfort. The grand finale was the chocolate peanut butter pie, a dessert so divine it deserves a standing ovation. And let's not forget the Grilled Pineapple Spicy cocktails! The balance of sweetness and heat made them the perfect complement to our meal. This restaurant doesn't just serve food--it delivers memories. Great crab cakes and filet is very good Local great people. Great service. This is a must try in Sarasota

Found Brine today accidentally, wasn't even looking for a meal. Anyways , what a meal it was...fresh and gourmet all the way. I'm a part time Sarasota resident and BRINE was under my radar till today. What a great find and I can't wait to go back tomorrow for lunch.

Great dinner at Brine. Started with a couple types of oysters - which melted in our mouths! The arugula salad is fabulous with goat cheese, spiced pecans and beets. People I dined with had the salmon, ahi tuna and the lobster tail. All were very good! Finished with key lime pie which was a great finale to a great meal.

They really pay attention to their food. The seafood is very well prepared and there are many choices. Their meat dishes are also very good. We had short ribs, the appetizer, spare ribs, crab cakes, mushroom tart, Caesar salad (which tastes it freshly made), and the tartufo and carrot cake dessert. The only dish I wouldn't recommend is the carrot cake. The icing was not great and the cake was bland. But all the meat and seafood dishes, vegetables and salad, we're all very well prepared and tasty, and serve professionally. The Wade staff seems to be a couple of notches up from which you would normally expect. The inside is not to my liking because it's a little dark and there's a TV in the dining room. But the outside is excellent, especially if on a cooler night like it was last night. A very pleasant atmosphere. I recommend the restaurant, make sure you sit outside!

Brine is one of our favorite places to eat dinner at. My husband and I met a couple of our close friends for dinner there this evening. As usual, the hospitality was great from our arrival to our waiter to our departure. The food was delicious. I had Korean ribs and crispy Brussels sprouts, my husband had a hot lobster roll, and our friends had stuffed shrimp and crab cakes. I had a dirty martini, my husband had white sangria, and each of our friends had a margarita for drinks. All of us were so happy with our drinks and dinner. We will be back there again soon.
